Products added to your cart are not reserved until the order is completed and confirmed by email.

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every product we deliver.
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@libraluxe.no. Include your order number and a brief description, and we will assist you promptly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs may be deducted from the refund.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant images. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

If an order is not collected and is returned to us, you may be charged for additional shipping and handling costs.
To the extent permitted by law, Libra Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Norwegian courts.
