How to return
Returning to us is straightforward. We respect both you and the products you've welcomed into your routine.
Norwegian law grants you 14 days from delivery to return unused products. Beyond that window, we'll consider returns case by case—write to hello@libraluxe.no and we'll find a way that works.
For pre-orders, your 14-day window begins when your package arrives in August–September, not when you place the order today.
To begin a return, email us with your order number. We'll guide you from there.
Delivery details
All shipments are carefully packed to protect what you've chosen.
Orders ready to ship are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking confirmation as soon as your package leaves us. We ship with Bring/Posten and other trusted carriers depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally shift due to carrier or customs delays.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Norway and to selected international destinations. Availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Norway: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
International: Varies by destination and customs processing.
Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery.
